It is essential to note that this position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.
Key Accountabilities
As a Banker at Associated Bank, your responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by efficiently processing transactions and addressing customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that support customers’ financial wellness.
- Opening new accounts and building lasting relationships through personalized service.
- Partnering with specialists across insurance, mortgage, and other teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
- Supporting the operational integrity and compliance of the branch, adhering to all policies and regulations.
- Participating in the Banker Roadmap program, completing training milestones and certification requirements.
- Educating customers on digital banking options and demonstrating tools that enhance their banking experience.
- Promoting bank offerings and engaging prospective customers through community and in-store outreach.
Education & Experience
The Banker role at Associated Bank requires the following qualifications:
Required
- A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Up to 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience
Preferred
- Experience in banking, financial services, or retail sales
