The Role of a Bank Regional Retail Leader
The Bank Regional Retail Leader is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives for the retail team across assigned locations. Key Responsibilities of the Bank Regional Retail Leader
The Bank Regional Retail Leader is expected to execute a range of essential duties and accountabilities. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coaching, leading, and managing Branch Managers and/or Assistant Branch Managers and their teams.
- Fostering a customer-focused culture within the team.

- Sourcing and managing deposit portfolios.
- Overseeing consumer lending training and approvals for the designated region.
Qualifications for the Bank Regional Retail Leader Role
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a business or sales-related discipline is required.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in a multiple location leadership role, preferably in a banking environment. In lieu of formal education, 6-8 years of extensive experience in a comparable position may be considered.
Other Skills and Abilities
An ideal candidate would have a record of positive leadership and an ability to challenge, train and motivate a team to achieve high production goals. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a ‘lead by example’ mentality are also crucial for this role. Supervisory Responsibilities
