This involves developing banking center plans to align weekly goals with sales and operational activities. The manager is also in charge of delivering daily coaching and evaluations for effective execution. They ensure effective new consumer on-boarding and engagement by regularly strengthening new and existing customer relationships. This includes introducing customers to Comerica’s products and services and addressing customer questions. Moreover, the manager also participates in community involvement activities to increase bank outreach and foster new business client relationships.
