Bank and Credit Union Product Support Representatives: Your Chance to Make a Difference

As a Financial Representative, you’ll be acting on behalf of Jack Henry’s financial institution clients, helping their customers with a wide range of financial needs. Joining this team will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with a variety of software products. This could lead to career advancement opportunities across the organization!

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of Jack Henry’s office locations in Allen, TX; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO or Monett, MO. For those located within 30 miles of Springfield, MO or Monett, MO, a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week onsite after training is available.

The position will start on 2/9/2026, and training will take place Monday-Friday from 8 AM-5 PM CT for the first five weeks. The pay range for this position is $34,320-$37,500 per year.

Responsibilities: What to Expect

As a Financial Representative, you’ll be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, from providing assistance to clients’ customers to assessing and resolving issues in a timely manner. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring system security, communicating customer needs and expectations to the appropriate personnel, and actively participating in various group meetings.

Requirements: What You Need to Have

Applicants for this position must have at least one year of customer service experience. Other requirements include the ability to adhere to a published break and lunch schedule, remain calm in stressful situations, and communicate clearly and understandably.

Desirable Skills: What Would Be Nice for You to Have

While not explicitly required, certain skills and experiences will certainly make you stand out from the crowd. These include customer service and multi-tasking skills, the ability to listen to and empathize with customers, and experience in call center, bank, or credit union industries.
