What You’ll Own as the Bank Channel Marketing Director
The Bank Channel Marketing Director plays a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy for assigned bank partner relationships. Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Bank Partner Relationships
This role involves building trusted relationships with bank partner leaders, Worldpay GMs, and the business management team. You need to understand the partner’s business segments and growth goals to ensure success.
Marketing Revenue
You will be introducing key marketing initiatives that align with business goals and meet marketing acquisition ACV targets and retention objectives.
Marketing Plan Development
As the Bank Channel Marketing Director, you will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that enables bank partners to scale and achieve exponential growth.
Content and Creative Management
The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to design and implement high-quality, relevant content for plan initiatives. You will work with creative services and other internal teams to complete all required deliverables including content, branding, landing pages, lead forms, campaign codes, goals, reporting processes, and engagement assets. You would also need to understand and document approved bank branding elements and acquire all bank approvals as required.
Performance Analysis
Another key responsibility is to monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to gauge effectiveness and have the flexibility and willingness to pivot plans quickly when necessary.
Team Collaboration
As an active contributor to the overall MSFI Marketing strategic plan, you will work with members of the team to ensure delivery and success.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
As a prospective Bank Channel Marketing Director, you should have:
- Knowledge of the Merchant business and experience with partner marketing
- A proven history of supporting cross-functional relationships at all levels
- Knowledge of marketing best practices, product tools, and methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
- Experience with Workfront or similar marketing project system
- A history of delivering high-quality results and a willingness to challenge the status quo
Worldpay is committed to offering rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this full-time position is $150,300.00-$226,950.00, depending on experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
