Strategic Role in the Transformation of Global Transaction Banking

This executive role is designed to lead the strategy and execution of technology delivery, a critical factor in the future growth of TDS.
The AVP/MD Core Banking/Ledger Technology role at TDS involves leading and overseeing a diverse team of IT professionals, such as Development, Support teams, Business Systems Analysts, and Technology Project Managers. The role requires a deep understanding of the business, operations, and technology, making it the key interface for assessing scope, planning, and delivering the most optimal end-to-end technology solution or service.
Responsibilities and Scope
- Delivering technology and transformation for GTB’s Ledger modernization, Core Banking, Financial Institution services, and Trade Finance.
- Partnership with clients in developing business cases, RFI/RFP, contracts, service level agreements, etc., consistent with business objectives and technology standards/architecture.
- Overseeing broad and diverse functional teams of IT professionals to deliver appropriate and optimal solutions.
- Regular interface with senior executives at the SVP/VP level.
Qualifications and Who We Are
TDS is looking for candidates with a college degree or specialized training/equivalent work experience and a minimum of 20 years related experience.
