Your Role at Bank OZK
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the banking center, providing leadership, and setting high expectations for your team members. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Your role at Bank OZK will require a diverse set of skills and abilities. You will need a thorough understanding of retail bank products and services, bank regulations, policies, procedures, and operational standards. Business development techniques in a retail environment will also be crucial. You should have the ability to focus on quality, profitability, and efficiency in the pursuit of business growth. Your strategic thinking will be essential in translating goals into actionable plans.
Your leadership skills will play a vital role in managing, leading, and training team members effectively. You will need to demonstrate effective planning and organizational skills in a dynamic business environment. A customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are also essential for this role.
Basic Qualifications
For this role, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. You must have at least 2 years of retail client service and/or business development experience. Previous experience in business development management/leadership is strongly preferred. A proven track record of business growth and financial targets is essential, as is experience in managing, leading, and coaching professionals.
You must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and an NMLS. Comprehensive knowledge of bank products/services and regulations is also required.
