Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar banking, venture, credit, or treasury role
- Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships
- Capability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and negotiate accordingly
- Extensive knowledge of products and services
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses or the ability to obtain them within 180 days of hire
