The SAR QC Analyst Role
The SAR QC Analyst role is a full-time position within the Deposits Operations career area. The role is dedicated to supporting Ally Bank as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality review of fraud-related activity. This role requires a demonstrated knowledge in a regulatory financial field with some investigative skills. The QC Analyst will interact with internal partners and leaders, and will be responsible for quality reviews of fraud investigations and regulatory related cases within the bank.
The Work Itself
- Review daily reports and fraud investigation cases
- Recommend policy changes
- Maintain knowledge of Ally Bank’s fraud processes and regulatory requirements
- Interact with various partners within the organization relative to fraud
- Assist leadership in reviewing completed SAR QC Teamwork
- Train QC team members effectively
The Skills Required
- A minimum of 1-year experience with Suspicious Activity Reports
- At least 1-year bank fraud experience
- Regulatory knowledge and experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
- Effective communication skills

Base Pay Range for this position is $55000 – $95000 USD, and the position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
