Your Responsibilities
As a part of our team, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities that are integral to our day-to-day operations. These will include:
- Managing the daily service delivery and production activities performed by the team.
- Acting as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise to resolve daily problems.
- Coordinating with Centers of Excellence (CoE’s) and other Shared Services to manage and escalate issues.
- Overseeing the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes, and assisting with client conversions and other client projects.
- Training, developing, and motivating new staff, providing them with coaching and development opportunities.
- Identifying and implementing consistent operational best practices.
- Assisting with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
- Serving on committees to help define and implement new company initiatives.
What We Value

Education & Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a BS degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, and at least five years of related Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience. Management or supervisory experience is also a must.
Salary Range and Benefits
The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $115,000 annually. Additionally, employees can participate in our comprehensive benefits program, which includes retirement savings plans with company match, insurance coverage, paid-time off, access to our Employee Assistance Program, and eligibility for annual performance-based awards.
