Your Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of a functional team(s) and supervising daily service delivery and production activities performed by staff.
  • Serving as the primary contact point for operational issues, using your technical expertise to resolve daily problems.
  • Managing and escalating issues related to CoE’s and other Shared Services.
  • Coordinating the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes, and assisting with client conversions and other client projects.
  • Identifying and implementing consistent operational best practices, and assisting with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
  • Training, developing, and motivating new staff, providing them with coaching and development opportunities, and participating in their ongoing training and development.
  • Identifying unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and reporting and/or escalating in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines.

  • The ability to develop and enhance client relationships.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
  • At least five years of related Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience, part of which must have been in a management or supervisory capacity.
