We are currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as an Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations Managing Director.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Bank Loan asset class and a solid grasp of the multiple internal and external dependencies necessary to manage end client delivery. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in leading agendas and experience in leading global organizations. Moreover, he or she must demonstrate experience or exposure to Fund Accounting, Custody, Financial Reporting, Recon, Fund Operations, Trade Processing, Middle Office, Risk Oversight, Relationship Management, Automation, and Management Reporting.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked to design, drive, and execute a transformative program that incorporates both technology and organizational design, while fostering a culture of service excellence to both internal and external clients.
You will be responsible for the delivery of complex daily operations and processes, including the governance of vendor-provided services. Acting as the primary contact and escalation point for both operational issues and new business opportunities is also part of your duties. Additionally, you will manage teams to exceed annual performance goals – both budgetary and other, while promoting a culture of diversity.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
A BS/BA degree is required, with a background in engineering being a plus. A minimum of 10+ years of related experience in the financial services industry is a must, along with experience in working with Bank Loan asset class. Proficiency with loan processing platforms Wall Street Office (WSO) and/or GENEVA is desirable.
About the Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is $170,000 – $252,500. The range can differ if the candidate works outside of the primary location.
