Your Responsibilities
As the Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations AVP, you will have a variety of responsibilities. These will include acting as the primary contact and escalation point for operational issues and receiving and resolving inquiries from clients, Client Management, Centres of Excellence (COEs), Business Unit (BU) Shared Services and BU Client Service to ensure timely resolution. You will also be required to maintain and monitor open items, issues, logs, project lists, etc.
Additionally, you will handle custom client requests and manage the production activities of Client Support Specialists 1, 2 and Senior Specialists. You will coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems and processes, assist with client conversions and other client projects. Also, you will have the responsibility to identify and implement consistent operational best practices.

Education and Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a BS/BA degree and at least 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience in working with the Bank Loan asset class is necessary, as is proficiency with Wall Street Office (WSO).
Salary and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $157,500. The range applies to the role in the specified location. If the candidate ultimately works outside the specified location, the applicable range could differ.
