Recruiting Now for a Data Management Solutions Senior Consultant (Banking)
We are currently recruiting for a Data Management Solutions Senior Consultant (Banking) role. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in banking operations and data management to design, deliver, and optimize enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. You will lead teams to develop MDM frameworks, define data governance processes, and architect models that ensure accurate, consistent, and integrated customer, product, and transactional data across the bank. You will also implement data governance frameworks, develop MDM data domains, standards, and stewardship operating models, and assist with end-to-end program delivery.

Qualifications for the Role
Applicants for this role should have 4+ years of relevant experience in data management consulting or industry roles and 2+ years Financial Services – Banking industry experience. They should also have 2+ years experience translating complex banking business requirements into scalable master data models and technical solutions, as well as 2+ years hands-on implementation experience with leading data management platforms. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and the ability to travel up to 50% on average is necessary.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with Azure, GCP and/or AWS tools and services is preferred, as is experience with emerging technologies and advanced data architectures. Experience developing impactful collateral for client workshops and interactive customer sessions is also a plus, as is experience presenting to both large and small audiences. An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
