Fiserv’s Exciting Job Opportunity: Account Executive, Digital Banking

Fiserv is currently looking for an Account Executive in Digital Banking. The role involves managing digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients across North America. As an advocate and ambassador for financial institutions using Fiserv’s top-tier solutions, you’ll ensure they can better serve their consumers. In this role, you will be committed to exceeding performance results for both the clients and Fiserv, contributing to a high-performing team and showcasing reference ability, retention through renewals, and growth in product adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities

The role of a Digital Banking Account Executive at Fiserv involves:

  • Managing regular meetings with each client in your territory, both onsite and remotely.
  • Creating an easy environment for clients to interact and communicate with you and Fiserv.
  • Leading cooperation/collaboration with other Fiserv business units to realize revenue growth, client value, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitating client operational escalations to resolution.
  • Coordinating team education on Digital Channels and Electronic Payments products as needed.
  • Supporting client visits and conferences, and ensuring billing accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience

The qualifications and experience required for this role include:

  • 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives.
  • 2+ years of experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or other applicable discipline, and/or equivalent military experience.

Desirable, but not essential, experience includes:

  • Experience with eCRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Additional certifications in banking or financial technology fields.
  • Working knowledge of Fiserv account processing products, online banking products, and business units.
  • Strong professional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to interact and influence at executive levels.

The role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment, and frequent travel (at least 50% of the time). It’s important to note that you must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
