The program provides opportunities to connect with our executive and leadership teams, build networks with peers and other CIBC employees, and access a variety of learning platforms to support professional growth.

However, interns can expect to support client-facing teams in their daily operations, participate in digital banking projects, analyze client data, collaborate on process improvement, engage in client outreach initiatives, conduct market research, and provide administrative support.

Moreover, the program offers ample learning and networking opportunities to broaden understanding and knowledge about retail and digital banking.
