The Internship Program
During this 10-week program, interns will work within a specific business area, such as banking, risk, operations, finance, or technology, and collaborate with fellow interns on an AI-focused capstone project. They will also participate in professional development programming and engage with leaders across the organization. The interns will be involved in department assignments aligned to business needs, analyzing data, supporting process improvements, assisting with research, and presenting final projects and insights to senior leadership.
Middle Market Banking Internship
In addition to participating in the broader internship program, interns will gain hands-on experience supporting the Middle Market Banking team across client engagement, credit analysis, and strategic initiatives. This includes participating in meetings with prospective and existing commercial clients, supporting the preparation of loan approval materials, contributing to presentations with recommendations to senior credit leaders, and gaining exposure to special assets and challenged credit situations.
What do you need?
Interested candidates must be rising seniors (Class of 2027) pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an interest in banking, financial services, business, technology, or analytics. They must possess strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, have a curious mind and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment, and be able to work full-time for the 10-week summer program. Authorization to work in the U.S. is a must.
