Role Overview
As a Client Banking Services Professional at Schwab, your role will be at the forefront of the client experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients calling for assistance. You will handle between 40-60 inbound calls daily, providing expert advice on a range of banking products and services. This includes deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
This position is phone-based, requiring extensive use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors. Therefore, candidates need to be comfortable with technology and possess excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
For this role, candidates are required to have a minimum of one year of work experience. This may include volunteer work, internships, or other roles in an office environment. The ability to multitask with demonstrated experience in using multiple computing applications simultaneously is crucial. Candidates should also be prepared to work in the office between 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
