Role of a Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you play an essential role in enhancing the client experience. You provide exceptional customer service to the clients of Charles Schwab Bank who require assistance. The role entails handling 40-60 inbound calls daily, offering expertise on a variety of banking products and services. These include deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. This role demands proficiency in multiple computer applications and the ability to manage dual monitors.
What You Should Possess
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience, which may include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office setting.
- Ability and willingness to work a set shift, which may include weekend or evening hours.
- Proven ability to multitask, demonstrated by experience in using multiple computing applications simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active listening skills, combined with the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s financial needs.
- A commitment to resolving complex client inquiries by leveraging technology and by collaborating with Schwab business partners to identify efficient solutions.
- A knack for establishing rapport with clients over the phone to forge long-term relationships with Schwab.

- A meticulous attention to detail to comply with extensive bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
