State Street, one of the world’s foremost custodian banks and asset intelligence companies, is in search of an experienced professional capable of excellently managing the daily workflow of one or more client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning, scheduling, and overseeing the processes related to Treasury Services tasks. These tasks include Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance, and Regulatory or Board Reporting within the Treasury Services group in State Street’s Global Delivery division. The individual’s role will extend to maintaining robust client relationships and recommending process enhancements for elevated efficiency and improved client service.
The candidate we are seeking should have a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of work experience, ideally with a concentration in Treasury Services. A background of 4-6 years in a related field would be an added advantage.

The solutions range from core custody, accounting, fund administration, and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets such as OTC derivatives, private equity, and real estate. What Will the Officer Be Responsible For?
The Officer will have a broad range of responsibilities. In coordinating the daily workflow of one or more client relationships, they will ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Their background in treasury services will be vital, particularly in areas such as expense administration, distribution calculations, fund performance, and regulatory or client reporting.
As part of their role, they will perform multiple levels of review on client deliverables related to Expense Administration, Distributions, Performance, and Regulatory or Board Reporting. They will also maintain positive relationships with clients and SSC coworkers, identify and communicate workflow deviations, and oversee effective coordination of activities with other departments.
Moreover, the Officer will need to remain informed about regulatory changes as well as new industry and competitor developments.
