Position Overview and Compensation
The Banking Associate is a key role at TD, responsible for executing daily banking transactions and offering advice on banking services, products, and tools. The pay for this position ranges from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour for a 40-hour workweek. Role Responsibilities and Requirements
The role of a Banking Associate at TD is diverse and engaging. It involves processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers about banking products and services. The associate also plays a vital role in building customer trust with educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and making proactive recommendations.
The ideal candidate for this role must have a high school diploma or GED and at least a year of experience working with customers. Prior teller experience is preferred, and a Notary License is an added advantage.

As a Banking Associate, you will consistently provide legendary customer service while promoting TD Products to new and existing customers. You will manage wait times effectively, engage in lobby leadership, understand and support the Bank’s customer service strategy, and ensure tasks are performed within established policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations to minimize risk and protect the customer.
Team Engagement and Physical Requirements
Apart from individual roles, the Banking Associate is also expected to contribute to a positive work environment as an active team member.
