This is a full-time role, offering 40 hours of work weekly with a competitive pay range of $22.00 to $27.75 per hour.

Job Description and Scope
The Banking Associate, as a key role in delivering TD’s brand promise, will be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, providing advice, and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals. The role involves performing a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services.
They will utilize TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships, understand customer financial needs, and accurately complete everyday banking transactions, among other responsibilities.
Education and Experience
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, and at least one-year experience working with customers in any capacity. Excellent communication skills, organization skills, effective problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. Further, the ability to work independently and within deadlines, with sound judgment in decision making and problem-solving, is essential.
Customer And Shareholder Accountabilities
The Banking Associate will consistently provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD Products to new and existing customers. They will also be responsible for managing wait times to meet with a Banker and engaging in lobby leadership. Shareholder accountabilities include ensuring compliance when completing operational activities in accordance with company guidelines and regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
Employee/Team Accountabilities
Apart from contributing to a positive work environment, other responsibilities include actively seeking opportunities to improve delivery of work with high attention to quality standards, acting as a brand champion both internally and externally, and collaborating with team members in contributing to the success of the team and organization.
Physical Requirements
The role requires performing multiple tasks, operating standard office equipment, reading, writing, comprehending instructions, and applying common sense to deal with problems involving standardized situations, among other tasks.
