Key Responsibilities During Your Internship
Your role as an intern at First Financial will be both challenging and rewarding. You’ll get the chance to support functional area and line of business projects and initiatives, working closely with our professional teams. You’ll assist in data review and validation, work on various projects within the Corporate/Specialty line of business, and gain exposure to all groups within this line of business. Furthermore, you’ll get the opportunity to participate in First Financial’s internship team and community development events.
What We Look For
We’re looking for motivated individuals currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Key attributes include being a fast learner, a problem solver, and possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills are also highly valued. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and video conferencing tools is a must.
Preferred candidates would have campus involvement and/or leadership experience, as well as prior work experience. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, often in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
