Seeking an Experienced Professional for the Role of Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations Assistant Vice President

This role is for an Alternative Investment Services Bank Loans Operations Assistant Vice President (AVP), a challenging but rewarding position that requires expertise in managing complex global fund structures, client and team management, multi-point reconciliations, fund accounting, custody, vendor data sourcing, and automation.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses strong critical thinking skills and is capable of meeting aggressive deadlines in a high-volume work environment. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for operational issues, addressing clients’ custom requests, managing the production activities of Client Support Specialists, and coordinating the implementation of new funds, systems, and processes.

Education and Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a BS/BA degree and have a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Experience in working with Bank Loan asset class is required, along with proficiency in Wall Street Office (WSO).
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 – $152,500. The quoted range applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location, the applicable range could differ.
