Your Role as a Client Banking Services Professional
In this position, you will be crucial in enriching the client experience, delivering exceptional customer service to Charles Schwab Bank clients who require assistance. As a Client Banking Services Professional, you will field 40-60 inbound calls daily, providing expertise on various banking products and services. These include deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
This is a phone-based role which requires proficiency in using multiple computer applications, including dual monitors, simultaneously. It is important to note that this role may include working shift hours, which could entail weekends or evenings.
What Qualifications You Need
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience, which can include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate proficiency in using multiple computing applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to engage in open-ended dialogues to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ financial needs.
- A dedicated approach to resolving an array of complex client inquiries, both through technology and by working closely with business partners within Schwab.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone, fostering long-term relationships with Schwab.
- Desire to be a part of a supportive and collaborative team.
- High attention to detail to adhere to extensive bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Drive to learn from a dedicated team manager focused on helping you reach clear performance objectives by providing leadership support and on-the-job learning.
