Your Role as a Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you will be at the forefront of the client experience. Your role will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our Charles Schwab Bank clients who reach out to us for assistance. On a typical day, you will be expected to field 40-60 inbound calls, providing subject matter expertise on a variety of banking products and services. These include but are not limited to deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. This role is primarily phone-based and will require the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors.
Required Qualifications
For this position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, which may include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment. You must be prepared to work a set shift that may include weekend or evening hours. The ability to multitask is a must, as is demonstrated experience in using multiple computing applications simultaneously. The role requires in-office work up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
If you have active listening skills and the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs, then you might be the perfect fit for this role. We value dedication to resolving complex client inquiries by working closely with business partners within Schwab to identify efficient methods to meet client goals. The ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone to create long term relationships with Schwab is also desirable.

High attention to detail is crucial to adhere to our extensive bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
