Become a Banker at Banner Bank: A Role That Makes a Difference
As a Banker at Banner Bank, you will be at the forefront of providing an excellent client experience. You will be the face of the bank, processing transactions accurately and efficiently while helping clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves active referral of bank products/services and selling them via in-person and telephone conversations. As a team member, your personal reliability, punctuality, and ability to work effectively with others will be highly valued.
What You’ll Need
- 3 or more months of job-related experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales
- Previous Teller experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, basic math skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proper phone and email etiquette
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, coupled with excellent customer service abilities
- Note: Higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role within the same job.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly range (based on experience): $18+/hour
