Detailed Job Responsibilities
The Branch Banking Client Consultant I will have several key responsibilities. These include:
- Sales Performance: The individual will support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance. They will actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
- Client Experience: The role involves providing a positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and/or complaints. The individual will engage with clients and educate them about various financial products and services.
- Management: The individual will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate daily financial transactions, striving to avoid any controllable preventable losses. They will also be required to understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
- The role also involves performing special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- The individual will consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job, maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC). It also requires 0-3 years of customer service and sales experience. While experience in the financial services industry is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
