Job Summary
A Branch Banking Client Consultant II – Float is an integral part of the banking industry. This role demands the professional to travel between assigned branches, functioning as a key point of contact for customers seeking high-quality, prompt, and professional financial services. The primary objective is to ensure a best-in-class experience for clients by resolving their concerns promptly and providing detailed information about various financial products aligned with their needs.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Performance:
The role supports team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance, including outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, and non-interest income. It also involves primary client acquisition, seeking and delivering the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
Client Experience:
Providing a positive client experience is crucial. This involves assisting with account questions, problems, and/or complaints. Through research and communication, the role ensures timely and effective resolution of client issues, thereby fostering client engagement and education.
Risk Management:
The role requires meticulous execution of all sales, service, and banking transactions in an accurate and compliant manner. The focus is on minimizing controllable losses.

Job Requirements
The position requires a High School or High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) or Foreign Equivalent qualification. It demands 4-5 years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry. The role may require National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, which can be completed after the job entry date. The ability to train and mentor others, including in products and platform procedures, is a must. Prior experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies is preferred.
