Your Responsibilities
As an Assistant Vice President at State Street, you will wear many hats. Your duties will include:
- Directing and overseeing a global team of approximately 5 to 8 employees.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and SSC coworkers.
- Understanding the scope of services offered to clients and ensuring your team meets all client deliverables.
- Reviewing work for client deliverables.
- Identifying areas for operational improvement and making suggestions accordingly.
- Ensuring all controls/checklists and procedures are adhered to, and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Participating in the resolution of client issues.
- Timely escalation of client issues or concerns to the VP that may impact client service and satisfaction.
- Managing the implementation of all standard practices, processes, tools, etc. and initiatives and technology enhancements.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 6-8 years of related experience.
