The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing a branch business plan to maximize business growth and wallet share and achieve customer retention and acquisition objectives. They will contribute to the achievement of business objectives by conducting sales calls, establishing a personal referral network, and other business development activities. This role is critical in enhancing the Bank’s visibility and building a strong referral source for new potential business.
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate should have between 4 – 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred. The candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services, an advanced knowledge of the competitive marketplace, and trends in product offerings. Working knowledge of branch operational processes, policies, and performance metrics is also essential.
Tech-savvy candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical and problem-solving skills will have an upper hand. The role demands collaboration and team skills, influence skills, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Remuneration and Benefits
The remuneration for this role ranges from $46,000.00 – $85,200.00, with the pay type being salaried. However, salaries may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
