Your Role as a Banking Associate
As a Banking Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering TD’s brand promise at our Bridgewater store location. In this crucial role, you will handle everyday banking transactions with accuracy, while providing advisory and educational support concerning our services, products, and tools. Your expert advice will help our customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be multifaceted, involving a broad range of tasks across several areas within the store. These include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers about our suite of banking products and services. You will also build trust, provide consultative support, and advocate for customers with proactive insights and recommendations.
As a Banking Associate, you will use TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers, deepening relationships and promoting our products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will manage wait times, engage in lobby leadership, and be the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience working with customers, which can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is preferred, and strong organizational skills are essential to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and a Notary License is preferred.
