Recognizing this, the American Banker’s Best Places to Work in Fintech program aims to spotlight financial technology companies that stand out for their supportive work environment, excellent employee benefits, and strong human resources practices. These are the companies that have made the effort to cultivate a healthy work atmosphere, making them potential targets for job seekers in the field.

The program is based on the feedback of the companies’ own employees, providing genuine insights into what it’s truly like to work for these organizations. However, there are a few prerequisites. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time employees working in the United States and must have been in operation for at least one year. Special consideration is given to companies that are in generalized technology fields and generate only a portion of their business from financial services companies.
