The Banking Associate role is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week. The pay range for this role stands between $22.00 and $27.75 USD. Role and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate plays a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. This role is accountable for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals. The role covers a wide range of tasks including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on banking products and services.
Education and Experience
TD Bank requires a high school diploma or GED for this role. A year of experience working with customers in any capacity is preferred. This can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. The bank also values strong organizational skills, effective problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Customer and Shareholder Accountabilities
The Banking Associate role requires consistently providing legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, referring, and educating TD Products to new and existing customers. It also involves ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act to minimize risk and protect the customer.

As a Banking Associate, you are expected to contribute to a positive work environment by aligning with TD’s Model, Brand, and Culture. You are also encouraged to actively seek opportunities to improve the delivery of work and to continuously develop and enhance your skills.
Physical Requirements
The job involves a mix of sedentary work, performing multiple tasks, operating standard office equipment, and responding quickly to sounds. Occasional domestic travel may be required. The job requires a high level of concentration, reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. The physical tasks involved include occasional lifting/carrying, squatting, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
