Job Schedule and Responsibilities
Personal Banker’s schedule is structured for Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 6 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM – 1 PM. The role requires the incumbent to open new accounts, submit loan applications, and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures as well as regulatory banking requirements. Providing resolutions to customer service issues, performing account maintenance, and promoting digital banking services are also integral responsibilities. Additionally, the Personal Banker is responsible for processing various transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements
The minimum qualifications required for the role include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of face-to-face customer service experience, previous banking and cash handling experience, and prior consultative sales experience. Proficiency in using and learning multiple banking and software programs, excellent customer service skills, and effective oral and written communication skills are also required. The candidate must also possess the ability to market Bank products and services. The bank prefers candidates with previous experience in a retail sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $37,440 – $52,800. The final base pay may vary based on the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to the base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries offer discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
