Job Purpose & Scope
At Bank OZK, our employees are responsible for leveraging their knowledge of banking products and services. This helps them build professional relationships with customers, engaging in meaningful conversations about their financial needs and goals. Our team environment is always positive, helpful, and friendly, and we strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Our team members must have a thorough understanding of bank products and services, including online banking, mobile banking applications, and banking cards. They are well-versed with bank policies and procedures and have excellent critical thinking and communication skills. They are confident, act as trusted advisors, maintain confidentiality, and can work without close supervision. Moreover, they are capable of thriving in a continually changing environment and can travel to other work locations as required.
Basic Qualifications
Our team members hold at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. They have at least one year experience interacting with people and displaying excellent service skills. They have a basic knowledge of personal finance and household budgeting. Experience in retail customer service and/or sales is preferred.
Job Expectations
Our team members are expected to operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
