This part-time opportunity, offering 20 hours per week, comes with a competitive pay range between $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour. TD’s Line of Business
The Banking Associate will play a key role in TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking line of business. The professional in this role will be critical in delivering TD’s Brand promise at the store location. He or she will be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and offering advice and educational support on various services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate’s responsibilities include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. The associate will also deliver advice customers expect, provide consultative support, and advocate with proactive insights & recommendations. They will use TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers, acquire and deepen relationships, and promote and educate on products and services.
Education & Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, and have at least 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity. Other preferred qualifications include demonstrated customer service skills, teller experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A notary license is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
The physical requirements for this role include performing sedentary work, operating standard office equipment, reading, writing, and comprehending instructions, among others. The role involves occasional domestic travel. The associate is also expected to perform multiple tasks, respond quickly to sounds, and move safely in confined spaces.
