Meeting Small Business Needs: U.S. Bank’s Approach
More entrepreneurs are looking to their banks to be a one-stop shop for services needed to run their small businesses, according to U.S. Bank’s Chief Product Officer for Business Banking, Shruti Patel. Speaking at the Money20/20 conference in Las Vegas, Patel emphasized the importance of keeping small-business owners’ needs top of mind in product development cycles.
