This part-time role has an hourly rate of $22.00 – $27.75 USD, working 20 hours a week.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The Banking Associate is a key player in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. They are responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help Customers achieve their financial goals.
The role involves a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location. This includes processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, educating customers on all banking products and services, and providing end-to-end advice to customers by building trust through educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights and recommendations.
The Banking Associate also utilizes TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers, to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance to ultimately attract and retain the customer. They should understand customer financial needs to identify opportunities to promote and educate on products, services and refer them to the appropriate team member or internal Bank partner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Education and Experience
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with at least 1-year experience working with customers in any capacity. Besides, they should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated effective problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and a Notary License is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Given the nature of the role, certain physical requirements are necessary. These include performing multiple tasks, operating standard office equipment, sitting, standing, and walking frequently, and moving safely in confined spaces occasionally. Also, tasks such as lifting/carrying (under 25 lbs.), bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, and pulling are occasionally required.
