Opportunity: Digital Banking Fraud Analyst
At present, Zions Bancorporation is seeking applications for the role of a Digital Banking Fraud Analyst. The position can be based in one of several locations, including Midvale, UT; Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV, or San Diego, CA. The working schedule will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm MDT.
Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the role should encompass a range of skills and experiences, including but not limited to: monitoring and reviewing fraud risk, identifying and mitigating digital banking fraud losses, conducting research and analysis, and preparing management reports. Working through high volumes of potential alerts to confirm actual fraud events is also part of the role, as is assisting digital banking customers with malware-infected computers or other access devices. Other responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound fraud and malware-related calls with customers and other financial institutions and performing other duties as assigned.
Additionally, the position calls for the implementation and daily management of Zelle, ensuring smooth workflows, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with network rules and regulations. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in the financial services sector, specifically in areas related to fraud and/or information security processes and procedures. A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
