The Role
As a Client Banking Services Professional, you will be the face of the Charles Schwab Bank, delivering outstanding customer service to clients who need assistance. Handling 40-60 inbound calls every day, you will provide expert advice on a range of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
This role requires the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors, demanding a high level of multitasking and the ability to work in an office environment up to 75% – 100% of the time.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience, which may include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment.
- You must be willing to work set shifts, which may include weekend or evening hours.
- Demonstrated experience in using multiple computing applications simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active listening skills and the ability to engage in open-ended dialogue to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs.
- Dedication to resolving a variety of complex client inquiries, both through technology and by working closely with business partners within Schwab.
- Ability to establish rapport with clients over the phone to create long term relationships with Schwab.
- A desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
- High attention to detail to adhere to extensive bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Drive to learn from a dedicated team manager focused on helping you reach clear performance objectives.
