Your Role as a Client Banking Services Professional
As a Client Banking Services Professional at Schwab, you are at the forefront of the customer experience. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to Charles Schwab Bank clients who need assistance with banking products and services. This includes deposit accounts, online account management and bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards.
This is a phone-based role that will require you to manage around 40-60 inbound calls every day. The role necessitates the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors, showcasing Schwab’s commitment to harnessing technology in the service of its clients.
Qualifications for the Role
The role requires at least one year of work experience, which could also include volunteer experience, internships, or other roles in an office environment. The ability to multi-task is crucial as the role requires simultaneous use of multiple computing applications. Also, the position may require weekend or evening hours, and working from the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, depending on the requirements.

Active listening skills are of paramount importance in this role. The ability to engage in open-ended dialogue is crucial to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s financial needs. A passion for resolving complex client inquiries and a knack for establishing rapport with clients over the phone is also desirable.
