A Pivotal Role
In your role as a Client Banking Services Professional, you will be at the forefront of the client experience, ensuring that Charles Schwab Bank clients receive the best possible assistance. You will handle 40-60 inbound calls daily, providing expert information on a variety of banking products and services such as deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. This phone-based role involves the use of multiple computer applications and dual monitors, making it a dynamic and engaging position.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience, which can include volunteer work, internships, or other office-based roles.
- A flexible schedule, which may include weekend or evening hours.
- The ability to multitask and effectively use multiple computing applications simultaneously.
- The willingness to work in the office up to 75% – 100% of the time, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active listening skills and the ability to conduct open-ended dialogues to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s financial needs.
- A commitment to resolving complex client inquiries by utilizing technology and collaborating with Schwab business partners.
- The ability to build rapport with clients over the phone to foster long-term relationships with Schwab.
- A desire to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure adherence to extensive banking policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- A drive to learn and grow, with a team manager dedicated to helping you achieve clear performance objectives.
