What Does the Role Involve?
As an Investment Banking FIG Analyst, your primary responsibilities include developing pitch book presentations that elucidate industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals. Moreover, identifying and meeting client needs while coordinating with senior colleagues and investors is a key part of the role.

As of the date of this posting, the salary for this role in New York is $110,000. Factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level influence the expected salary range. This role may also be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Your Team
As an Investment Banking FIG Analyst, you will be a part of the FIG – Banks team in New York. This team is responsible for growing market share across the Insurance industry, fostering strong relationships across the market, and collaborating with teams across UBS globally. You will play an integral role in advising clients on a variety of market and strategic matters, including enhancing value for and growing the shareholder base, raising capital, and strategic advisory.
Your Expertise
This role requires a good understanding and hands-on exposure to Banks/FIG focused investment banking. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or a similar field is essential. Solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly, are also crucial. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas like software, semiconductors, and tech-enabled services. A driven and creative individual with exemplary integrity will thrive in this role.
