Their role includes platform front office duties for stability monitoring, incident management, and associate and client readiness, leading the release management processes.
Additionally, this role is responsible for building and owning the framework and playbook for the in-house proprietary platform. They also manage platform releases and incidents, ensuring the platform’s stability and availability.
Primary Responsibilities
Their responsibilities range from overseeing federated ownership roadmaps and release timelines to production availability and client migration approaches across the platform. They also work on the creation and adherence to the release and governance framework.
Consistent communication is another critical aspect of their role, providing timely updates regarding platform releases, client and associate feedback, and metrics/monitoring to all Line of Business (LOB) heads. They also liaise with business teams to support releases, product messaging, and answer questions.

Preferred qualifications include strong knowledge of project management, software development and release management, strong knowledge of metrics, KPIs and data-driven monitoring practices regarding stability and reliability, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in a release management leadership role, established leadership ability, experience with large scale software programs, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
