Accountabilities and Responsibilities
As a Banking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering TD’s promise of making every interaction, product, and experience refreshingly simple and remarkably human. You will be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions, opening new accounts, and providing advice on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
Your role will span across various areas within a TD store location, including customer transactions processing, customer financial needs identification, and customer financial education. You will also be expected to build trust with customers through providing educational content and tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights and recommendations.
Requirements and Eligibility
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience in customer service, which could be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is preferred, but not required. You will need strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of customer authentication principles are necessary, and a Notary License is preferred.
Compensation and Rewards

The pay rate for this position ranges from $22.00 – $27.75 USD per hour, depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge. Work Environment
The position requires 30 hours of work per week, during which you will be performing sedentary work, operating standard office equipment, responding quickly to sounds, and performing multiple tasks. Physical activities such as lifting or carrying under 25 lbs., squatting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and climbing may occasionally be required.
