The Role of a Digital Banking Account Executive

As a Digital Banking Account Executive, you will hold a key role in managing digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients across North America. You will serve as an advocate and ambassador for financial institutions that use Fiserv’s solutions, helping them better serve their consumers. Your commitment to exceeding performance results for both the clients and Fiserv is crucial, as is your contribution to a high-performing team. Your work will help to increase product adoption and usage, ensuring the retention of clients through renewals and showcasing reference ability.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will involve a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Managing regular meetings with each client in your territory, both onsite and remotely.
  • Educating clients on Fiserv’s offerings and their impact on their organization.
  • Creating a conducive environment for clients to interact and communicate with you and Fiserv.
  • Advocating and leading cooperation with other Fiserv business units to achieve revenue growth, client value, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitating client operational escalations to resolution.
  • Coordinating team education on Digital Channels and Electronic Payments products.
  • Developing and managing Client Action Plans for key clients, cultivating and maintaining Client References.
  • Supporting client visits and conferences and ensuring billing accuracy.

Experience and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives.
  • Experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant discipline, or equivalent military experience.

Additional beneficial skills and experience include:

  • Experience with eCRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of Fiserv account processing products, online banking products, and business units.
  • Experience with Fiserv systems or applications.
  • Additional certifications in banking or financial technology fields.

This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment, with frequent travel (up to 50%).

Salary Range

The salary for this role ranges from $56,500.00 to $120,300.00. These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York, with potentially different pay ranges for employees in other states.
