Work Hours and Compensation

Key Responsibilities of a Banking Associate
As a Banking Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and providing end-to-end advice to customers. You will be expected to utilize TD’s systems and tools to engage with customers, understand their financial needs, and promote relevant products and services.
Who is an Ideal Candidate?
An ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience working with customers in any capacity. Demonstrated customer service skills, excellent communication skills, strong organization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. Teller experience is an added advantage.
Physical Requirements
The role requires you to perform multiple tasks, operate standard office equipment, and respond quickly to sounds. You may need to stand, walk, sit, and lift/carry items occasionally. Domestic travel may occasionally be required.
