Job Overview
The bank is looking to recruit a Banking Associate, a professional who plays a key role in delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location. The role involves accurately completing everyday banking transactions and providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals. The Banking Associate is expected to perform a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services.
Compensation Details
For the Banking Associate role, the pay ranges from $22.00 – $27.75 USD for 40 hours per week. The base pay offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver end-to-end advice customers expect. This includes building trust with educational content & tools, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights & recommendations. The candidate will also utilize TD’s systems and tools to engage with Customers to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance.
Education & Experience
For this role, a high school diploma or GED is required. The bank also values 1 year of experience working with customers in any capacity, which can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, or military experience. Excellent communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, strong organization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. A notary license is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements
