Job Description and Responsibilities
As a Banking Associate, your role is pivotal in delivering TD’s Brand promise at the store location. You’ll be responsible for accurately completing everyday banking transactions while providing advice and educational support on services, products, and tools to help customers achieve their financial goals.
This role encompasses a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a store location. These tasks include processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on all banking products and services. Your ability to deliver end-to-end advice customers expect, build trust with educational content and tools, provide consultative support, and advocate with proactive insights and recommendations will be critical to your success.
What You’ll Need
For this role, you’ll need a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience working with customers. This experience can be demonstrated through any of the following: volunteering, education, or military experience. Teller experience is preferred. You’ll also need to demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills with an ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.
Compensation and Benefits

The base pay offered for this Banking Associate role ranges from $22.00 to $27.75 USD per hour, dependent on the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
